General CommentsInspection conducted with Dave Fitzer. Pool pump and VFD replaced. Verified electrical permit E4505970 passed inspection 10-26-2023. Contrasting color bands have been repainted. Flow meter reads more than pump and filters are capable of. Permit condition for flow meter capable of measuring within +/- 10% accuracy be installed and that it read at least 193 GPM for minimum turnover. Will need to replace with a new flow meter that is accurate. Measured 25” before and 19” of straight 4” piping after flow meter. Have been issues with privacy curtains or benches blocking access to emergency phone. Will need a permanent solution to allow users direct access to the phone. All intent to suspend items must be corrected before permit expires on 5-31-2024. Immediate suspension issued 22) There is a $100 re-inspection fee that will need to be paid by calling our office (980) 314-1620 and paying with a credit card prior to scheduling a re-inspection.
