General CommentsENSURE THAT THE NEW FLOW METER IS PROPERLY INSTALLED AND FUNCTIONAL. NOTE: DEPTH MARKERS ON WALL OK AT 3-4 1/2 FT. MUST REMAIN ON DECK WRITTEN AS 4 1/2 FT AT CENTER AND 3 FT AT WALL POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED PERMIT DECAL. POST PERMIT DECAL AND PAPER POOL PERMIT DOCUMENT AT THE POOL. THE PAPER PERMIT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT POOL WEBSITE. OBSERVED CLOSURE ITEMS FROM THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION TO BE CORRECTED. POOL IS RETURN TO “A” STATUS.
