Proper daily and weekly records must be properly kept every day the pool is open including nights and weekends. Observed log book not being properly kept for several months. 2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism. Observed the diamond mesh under the bar to be more than 1/2 inch in the horizontal direction. This must be corrected so that there are no gaps more than 1/2” in any direction.
Observed gate that leads out the street to not be self closing and self latching. Gate must self close and self latch.
