9 - No Diving markers not slip-resistant on pool deck in multiple locations. PC with State regional confirmed should be slip-resistant. Replace No Diving with slip-resistant 6"x6" tile prior to 2023 operating permit. 15 - Ring buoy rope fraying near ball. Provide new rope within 30 days. 36 ft. Ring buoy requires replacement prior to 2023 operating season. 22 - 911 operator faint when contacted 911. EHS also faint per 911 operator. Monitor. May require repair if worsens. 28 - Shower signage beginning to fade. May require replacement prior to 2023 operating season. Note: Contrasting color band beginning to fade on steps. May require repair prior to 2023 operating season. If repaired, ensure bands go to edge of steps to side wall.
