General CommentsPre-permit inspection conducted with CPO Joshua Glisson. Verified items from inspection on 5-21-2025 and conducted pre-permit inspection. Metal mesh added to gate. Will need to relocate metal sign beside gate so that bathers can reach through the fence to access the latch release mechanism and open the gate to exit the pool area. Older style automatic chemical controller appears to be working, but free chlorine only 0.2ppm and pH 7.0, pH set at 7.7. Recommend having service company check the automatic controller. Pre-permit inspection did not pass 2) 3) 7) 8) 17) 18) There is a $100 re-inspection fee that will need to be paid prior to scheduling a re-inspection by calling our office (980) 314-1620 and paying with a credit card.
