4-501.11- Good repair and Proper Adjustment. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Observed same damaged and chipped paint to cabinetry throughout kitchen/food prep area. Touch ups have been done and new plastic lining on interior of cabinets. Any food contact surfaces ( plates, cups, are sitting on a removable/cleanable liner inside the cabinetry ) |
