Inspection conducted with maintenance staff. Left and came back to verify phone was fixed. On second visit Cl > 10ppm, pH 7.3. Issues from previous inspection corrected. NOTE* Not able to add #15 to the inspection form. 15) New ring buoy with 45 foot throw rope. .2530(a) Provide USCG approved ring buoy with attached 40 foot throw rope at least 1/4 inch in diameter. - Corrected.
