General Comments

Inspection conducted with Bradley Bell. Bradley is the new CPO for this pool. Will update CDP when I get a copy of the certificate. Emergency phone cuts in and out. Recommend checking the phone/phone line to ensure they’re in good condition. Pre-permit inspection did not pass. 3) 5) 16) There is a $100 re-inspection fee that must be paid prior to scheduling a re-inspection by calling our office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card.
