General Comments

POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. SIGNS GIVE THE CLOSING TIME OF THE POOL AS 9PM. THE POOL CANNOT BE OPEN FOR SWIMMING AFTER SUNSET OR BEFORE SUNRISE. CHANGE THE SIGNS TO REFLECT THIS, FOR EXAMPLE THEY COULD READ “POOL OPEN FOR SWIMMING FROM DAWN TO DUSK” OR “POOL OPEN FOR SWIMMING FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET”. MAIN DRAIN COVERS EXPIRE 5/6/2027 EQUALIZER LINE COVERS EXPIRE 5/15/2030 INTENT TO SUSPEND ISSUED FOR THE BROKEN LADDER, THE MISSING LADDER TREADS, AND “WARNING NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY” SIGN. DEADLINE IS 10/10/2026. Offsets between deck and coping. Prior to 2027 pool permit being issued will need to eliminate offsets.Spots on pool floor and sunshelf where plaster is gone exposing the pool shell. Prior to 2027 pool permit being issued will need to replaster the pool.
