General CommentsInspection conducted with Josh Reed. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. No place on log sheet for main drain checks or daily maintenance activities. Can get state pool log sheet from our website, Meckpools.Charmeck.org to print and use. Did not observe a vent for clean air intake for chemical storage room. Recommend adding one to provide proper air circulation and reduce strain on fan. Inspection did not pass. A $100 reinspection fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling a follow up inspection. This can be done by calling our main office (980) 314-1620 and paying with a credit card.
