General Comments

Inspection conducted with Chris Garcia. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the CPO. Recommend providing a chemical safety placard on the chemical storage room door. Ensure that all ladders and handrails are rated for saltwater. Pool using salt for secondary chlorination. Posted pool hours are 9 AM to 9PM. Either change pool hours to reflect that pool closes at dusk or schedule a lighting inspection to ensure pool and required deck space has sufficient lighting. Recommend posting COVID-19 safety signage as required by North Carolina Executive Orders. Inspection did not pass. All items noted as Pre-permit item will need to be corrected before a permit can be issued. A $100 reinspection fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling a reinspection. This can be done by calling our office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
