General Comments

EHS observed two picnic tables adjacent to unit. PIC stated that they belonged to the unit. Per permit condition, seating is not allowed to be provided by a mobile food unit. Tables must be removed. If tables are still present at future visit, Intent to Suspend (ITS) maybe issued. EHS observed picnic tables blocking route to remove unit from premise. As per permit condition, unit is required to go to commissary daily for cleaning and servicing. Owner must send pictures of unit at commissary until EHS is satisfied that it is going back regularly. If verification is not supplied and ITS will be issued.
