POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED PERMIT DECAL. POST PERMIT DECAL AT THE POOL. THE PAPER PERMIT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT POOL WEBSITE. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING POOL HAS 2008 SDX2 MAIN DRAIN COVERS EXPIRE 4/5/2027 POOL HAS 2008 A8R101 EQUALIZER COVERS EXPIRE 4/5/2027 Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 146 gpm to 188 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the main drains. Flow greater than 188 gpm exceeds the main drain flow. Suction Hazard. OBSERVED BROKEN WINDOW GLASS ON THE DECK. IT WAS CLEANED UP. ENSURE THAT NO GLASS IS IN THE POOL OR POOL ENCLOSURE.
