.1312 (a) All institutions shall provide toilet, handwashing, and bathing facilities that are available for use by residents and staff. These facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed bathroom ceiling need repair in room D104, sinks need cleaning and keep clean in Discovery room, slow draining at hand sink in storage room B hall need repair. Keep clean and good repair. |

.1313 (d) Institutions shall provide water heating facilities. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to carry out all operations. Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 116 degrees Fahrenheit at handwashing and bathing facilities.
- Observed hot water temperature measure at 98F in E, B apartments, 102F in C207. Ensure to provide tempered water between 105F -116F throughout the facility at anytime. Point remain the same at this time. |
