15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed no paper towels or hand drying device at handsink in main laundry room. Paper towels were supplied to handsink during time of inspection. -General comment. |

Observed staining on lamp shade in room 103. Observed part of blinds torn in room 210. Observed part of ceiling tile torn outside of room 316. REPEAT VIOLATION. |
