15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed dysfunctional paper towel and soap dispensers at the hand washing sink in laundry room, it is causing no soap and paper towel to be available for hand hygiene. CDI- A roll of paper towel and small soap container provided at the time of inspection. Ensure to provide hand washing supplies at the hand sink at all time. |
