3-501.16(A)(2) Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. -P Observed raw shell eggs at 50 degrees in unit at grill . CDI PIC discovered breaker had tripped employee stated she heard it trip . Breaker reset ambient temperture of cooler came down. Eggs taken to walk in cooler to cool. And were replaced with eggs at proper temperature.
