General Comments

Toilets and lavatories shall be cleaned and sanitized at least daily and when visibly soiled with a 100 ppm chlorine solution or equivalent method approved by the Department. 15A NCAC 18A .3317 (b) and 3318 (c). Observed soiled toilet seat in client's toilet. CDI, PIC cleaned toilet seat during inspection. Toilets and lavatories shall be in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .3317 (a) and .3318 (a) Observed loose toilet seat in client's toilet. CDI, PIC tighten toilet seat during inspection. Keep all trash storage containers clean. 15A NCAC 18A .3330 (b) and (c). Observed trash around dumpster area. CDI, PIC policed up trash around dumpster during inspection. Observed no drainage plug on dumpster. Replace drainage plug to prevent unwanted insects and/or rodents from entering dumpster. Observed no doors on dumpster to keep dumpster closed when not in use. Replace doors on dumpster and keep door shut on dumpster. ***DUMPSTER IS SHARED BY ADJACENT BUSINESSES IN THE AREA*** PIC, Cindy Ghazal accompanied me during the inspection
