General Comments

Inspection completed with Ken Saunders present. Intent to suspend issued for expired DPD reagent #2. This chemical is causing the chlorine readings to be inaccurate in comparison to what EHS is reading on his chlorine test kit. Correct within 30 days. Observed Kings 3 emergency phone functioning properly when dialing out but cannot receive calls when dialing in. Ensure emergency phone can send and receive calls. Will check functionality of phone upon return visit.
