Inspection completed with Ken Saunders present. Ken is the new CPO for the property. His CPO # is 15654535. Intent to suspend permit issued for the following: 1. Automatic chlorine feeder not turning off when pump has no power. 2. Gate leading from pool deck to parking garage can be easily bypassed by applying minimal force. Ensure latch mechanism secures gate so it cannot be bypassed.
