.2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. Observed gate that leads from parking garage to pool deck originally with 'magnalatch' style locking mechanism. This mechanism has been replaced with a FOB entry. The new system does not have a battery backup installed that would prevent the latching mechanism from failing if there is a power outage. Intent to suspend issued. Correct within 30 days by 8/26/2021. |
