Observed raw pork and raw beef stored over RTE horchata mix, coleslaw and other RTE items. CDI-PIC explained they were storing them there temporarily for cooking. EHS explained they still must remain on the bottom. CDI-PIC put on the bottom shelf. REPEAT. |
