Several packages of stacks of ribs were not dated or were dated with a hot label, so the thaw/prep date is not known (sticker stated best by 2/4, 4:37pm). 6 rib stackers for sell in retail were not dated and several in the walk-in cooler were not dated.

Discard when past the use by date. Cheddar brats (in the cooler) dated 2/4 and discard 2/9. Packaged sandwiches on the retail side were out of date: 8 burritos with discard date of 2/12 by 10:37AM, 3 sausage, egg and cheese muffins with discard by 2/12, 10:32AM, and 3 chicken and Swiss with discard dates of 2/12 by 10:32 AM. Discard foods past the expiration date. |
