Damaged ceiling tiles in front of walk in cooler. Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. 6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions - (C). REPEAT. Window sills observed with visible build up. Clean as necessary to prevent build up.
