General Comments

Linens for children less than 12 months old shall be changed and laundered when soiled and at least daily. Linens for children older than 12 months shall be changed and laundered when soiled and at least weekly. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f). PIC stated that the linen in the infant III's classroom is washed weekly. The children age ranged from 11 months to fifteen months. Wash linen assigned to children less than 12 months old daily and children greater than 12 months old weekly unless visibly soiled. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Observed loose border around the base of the wall in the toilet of the room designated as a play area. Request a work order to secure loose border to the base of the wall.
