6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed a few broken floor tiles underneath the prep station. No points deducted today due to the amazing turn around. They have replaced/gotten rid of old equipment, tore out old floor lining and replaced it with new tile, facility is spotless. |
