PIC stated power inverter for pump was smoking minutes to inspection occurring. A VR will occur within 10 days to ensure hot running water is provided under pressure to meet peak demands. MFU shall not be in operation until documentation is provided hot water under pressure is provided to all fixtures on MFU. |
