General Comments

Inspection conducted with Carlos Caldas. Immediate suspension issued for inadequate chlorine levels. Several other items are intent to suspend issues. If not corrected upon EHS return, an intent to suspend will be issued for remaining items. Pool running at only 23gpm which does not maintain turnover. Check pump function. Pool must have CPO. Provide health department with CPO information or certify existing staff to meet requirement. Drain covers expire 9/10/2025. Night swimming not permitted.
