4-501.114 Manual and Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Chemical Sanitization-Temperature, pH, Concentration and Hardness - P Low temperature, chlorine dish machine observed dispensing 0 ppm. When checked, no sanitizer was available to be dispensed. EHS will verify no later than 2/1/21 that chlorine dish machine is dispensing properly. Facility will use three compartment sink for sanitizing in the mean time. |
