2-301.14 (G) Wash hands when switching between working with raw food and working with Ready to Eat Food. - P Observed FE working with raw eggs then changed gloves and starting to touch sandwich bread and biscuits. CDI-EHS intervened and they walked back to wash hands.
*Sidenote-HS is more than 50ft away. The only HS is in the back next to the 3-comp sink and no where else in the kitchen. Due to this there is a high risk of cross contamination risk. |
