Observed three drinks stored on prep stations. Ensure that drinks are stored in a manner that if spilled will prevent any possible contamination from occurring. CDI- REHS removed drinks during the inspection. |

Observed labels attached to some dishes after previously cleaning. Ensure that dishes are fully cleaned to sight and touch. CDI- Dishes were moved to 3 comp sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized again.
