4-501.116 Warewashing Equipment, Determining Chemical Sanitizer Concentration (Pf)
Observed test strips reading at higher than 500ppm ( the scale on the provided test strips ends at 500ppm). The proper range is 200-400ppm.
CDI: EHS informed team on the importance of verifying the concentration every time they fill the sinks and to not trust the diluting system. Until the diluting system is recalibrated, dilute with water to get the proper 200-400ppm concentration. Also make sure the water temp is between 65oF-75oF as instructed by the manufacturer.
