Observed residue on soda machine nozzles in dinning room.
Food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned to sight and touch.
CDI PIC switched out soiled nozzles with clean nozzles. We discussed taking nozzles back to the dish washer nightly to be properly wash, rinsed, and sanitized. |
