Observed (whiteout) stored accessible inside (infant) room, CDI properly stored behind lock and key. Observed storage closet used for storing hazardous items left unlocked with key in lock inside (toddler) classroom, CDI closet locked and key placed at 5ft. (#37) Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Observed wall damage behind trash can inside (squirrels) classroom in need of touch-up painting.
