Clean. 28.All patient care or consumable items shall be stored at least 8 inches above the floor. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (a). Observed boxes of toilet paper, straws, and paper towel stored on the house keeping room floor and medical prep storage room floor of Sellwin wing and toilet paper stored on the clean linen floor Park wing. Store items 8 inches above the floor. 16. After review of backup water supply plan, provision is needed for laundry, handwashing/bathing, and ware washing procedures.
