Observed open in use half and half, almond milk, and oat milk holding above 41f in coffee bar low reach in cooler. PIC noted that they had removed all the items from the cooler in order to clean spills from the interior of the unit. Items were allowed to sit out of refrigeration. Do not allow TCS foods to sit out of cold holding while cleaning/servicing coolers. Relocate to alternate cold holding during cleaning process. CDI - products sold / consumed during inspection. |
