Every single item in main flip top cooler is not holding temp. PIC and EHS discussed purchasing a new cooler last inspection. PIC stated he has been looking. Facility must resolve cold holding issues - highly recommend getting new unit as soon as possible. If cold holding is not resolved with the next few weeks an ITS will be issued. REPEAT. CDI= Foods discarded.
