General Comments-Hotdog Case had a temperature of 130F. Hotdogs were maintaining above 135F but had just been prepared. Unit temperature will need to be increased to ensure hotdogs are maintaining temperatures of 135F and above. -Gasket to the left door of the chest freezer has come loose. Staff are actively working on having reinstalled.
