Effective measures shall be taken to keep insects, rodents, and other vermin out of the residential care facility and to prevent their breeding, harborage, or presence on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .1615 (a). Observed mice droppings inside cabinets and inside stove drawer in need cleaning in kitchen. |
