General CommentsFacility was approved for non-continuous cooking today of poultry, beef, pork, and seafood. See attached photo. Facility has a separate kitchen area where they have started contracting various local restaurants to provide food from their respective facilities up to a weekly frequency. EHS discussed with PIC about types of permits that are acceptable for catering as well as permit conditions that may allow or prohibit catering. These factors must be considered and verified before local restaurants can provide meals to this facility. EHS will discuss with plan review senior C. McKenzie regarding what portion of this model was approved during construction and if further review of concept is needed prior to amending permit.
