-Observed the hot water handle loose in room 104.
-Observed the water turned off at the sink in the resident laundry next to the Maple Crest hall. It was stated that the sink is cracked, and the water has been shut off. The laundry room was placed out of order during the inspection. Repair the sink, and turn the water back on.
