General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jim Davis and maintenance staff. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Chemical storage room beside pump room had a ventilation system installed and approved by Code Enforcement after the final construction inspection was completed last year. Recommend providing chemical safety placard for chemical storage room door. Recommend removing plastic protective coating from stainless steel steps on ladders. Plastic is only designed to protect the product during shipping. Some anchor holes in deck from where canopies were moved. Recommend filling with cement or other comparable product. Pre-permit issues from previous inspection have been addressed. Permit issued No Night Swimming
