General Comments

Inspection conducted with Matthew Carpenter. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Mud in the bottom of autofill, hole in the side of the autofill sump. Recommend removing mud and plugging the hole. Plug equalizer lines per state guidelines by ensuring that water is drained below skimmers and vacuumed out of the equalizer lines prior to plugging them. Recommend providing chemical safety placard for chemical storage room door. Had to try a few times before emergency phone dialed 911. Recommend checking that the auto-dialer is working properly. Inspection did not pass. A $100 reinspection fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling a follow up inspection.
