3-501.13 (A), (B), (C ) Use approved thawing methods. Pf Observed shrimp thawing in stagnant water in a pot. PIC said this is their normal procedure. CDI-EHS explained when food is frozen it needs to be thawed either in a cooler or under cool running water not to exceed 41F. Shrimp was moved and used for cooking. |
