Observed a few containers of sliced deli meat that had been prepared the day prior without any date marking. Also observed canned food items such as peppers and giardiniera without date marks or date marked that were marked for 8 days instead of 7 days. -CDI- EHS coached staff on proper date marking. (1.5 pts)
