EHS observed shelf stable working containers of honey, mustard, and strawberry preserves. Per discussion with senior EHS and review of NC Food Codes, it was determined that these shelf stable items, in that they are easily distinguished and can not be easily misconstrued for other ingredients or substances, need not have working labels or station labeling.
