Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 toilet out of order in girls restroom located in gym, per head custodian, a work order has been submitted to have issue repaired. (-General Comment, no points taken).
Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). Observed toilet paper stuck to walling in boys restroom on third floor. |
