Lavatory facilities shall be provided and installed as required by the N.C. State Building Code. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (a). Observed several spring loaded faucets sporadically throughout school building in both girls and boys restrooms with short run times of approximately 2 seconds. EHS advises school to have spring loaded faucets run times adjusts to a minimum of 15 seconds to allot proper handwashing. |
