35 0.50 Approved thawing methods used Yes No No 3-501.13 (A), (B), (C ) Use approved thawing methods. Pf Observed two bays of prep sink, one with raw fish, and one with raw shrimp thawing with thin stream of water flowing between the both. Observed 5 minutes later and water was turned off because bays were full. Discussed placing items in containers, placing them in prep bay and running water over that to allow items to be fully submerged, water to be flowing to agitate and overflowing water to drain so as to not overflow bays. EHS suggested to take bags of frozen shrimp and thaw in WIC rather than via water as they are unable to thaw two items at once. CDI Items were thawed and moved to next prep stage.
