.2528(a) Maintain 45" between bottom horizontal and next horizontal on fence and/or gate (post-May 2010). Observed foot hold from playground creating less than 45” between horizontals in the fence. Facility had permanently affixed plexiglass/plastic sheeting to the fence, but plexiglass is damaged on all sections except for 2, creating less than 45” height. Corrected on site: Operator replaced plastic sheeting during inspection to meet the rule. |
